the place was clean and had tidy and big rooms. amazing and particularly good location, the area in general was good near to nizwa city center, the garden, and nizwa.

We can recommend this traditional property. Building is traditional, everything is clean. The stuff are amiable and very pleasant, thanks for the help. The apartment is fantastic and amazing, right in the old town of muscat. Also, the place is short walk to souq, the center of Nizwa close to the Souq and the amazing garden.

The location, hospitality, room quality, and facilities were excellent. The Omani Guest House is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the Souq and Nizwa Fort. There was plenty of parking space nearby and the host, Ali, even helped us park closer to the guesthouse. The hospitality was top-notch, with welcome drinks and snacks, a tour of the guesthouse, and helpful local tips. The room was clean, well-decorated, and quiet. The beautiful yard for dining, patio with a fantastic view, and cozy seating were great for relaxing.

Cannot find any fault.

This venue's great central location makes it easy to visit a large castle, and the staff are friendly and helpful to talk to.

The guest house had everything we needed, with a neat room equipped with wifi. The amenities like a hair dryer, bidet, and walk-in shower were very handy. Its location was fantastic, right next door to Nizwa old town, close to the Souq and fort.

Loved the shared kitchen with all the dirty dishes and the stench of food lingering. The complimentary WiFi was a treat, especially since it barely worked. And the noisy guests in the shared lounge added an extra layer of excitement to my stay.

What's not to love about all the noise, mess, and lack of functioning WiFi? I couldn't have asked for a better experience, really.

Terrace with a view: The terrace at Omani Guest House offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. It was like having our own private balcony in the sky, where we could soak in the beauty of Nizwa while enjoying a cup of coffee or a delicious meal.

Small rooms.

I had an amazing experience at an authentic Omani place in Nizwa. The host, Ali, was a true gentleman and always available for a chat or to give recommendations. The rooms were decent in size and had all the amenities I needed. I even got to try on an Omani dress for a photo! The rooftop movie setup and nightly barbecue were a nice touch. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old city and only a few steps away from the souq. The courtyard was a beautiful spot to have dinner under the fairy lights. I highly recommend this guesthouse for an authentic Omani experience.

The room I stayed in had a window facing the street, which made it a bit noisy until midnight and again from 6am. The bathroom door was also difficult to close.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the town. We were able to easily explore the local souq and other attractions. The rooftop deck had a stunning view and was a great place to relax and enjoy the sunset.- The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The water flow in the basin tap and shower pump needed improvement. It was a bit inconvenient.

Omani Guest House is my go-to place in Nizwa. The staff kindly suggested places to visit during my first stay. It suits me perfectly with amenities like free Wi-Fi, laundry, and air conditioning. I'll be back for New Year!

Loved the shared kitchen, perfect for when I don't feel like cooking. Free WiFi, so I could scroll through social media and pretend I was busy. And who doesn't enjoy a halal breakfast every morning to start the day off right?

The highlight of my day was definitely the shared lounge. Not much else to complain about, really.
